Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:  Designing and implementing work schedules (e.g. cable pulling lists, cable connection lists) for the electrical staff.  Providing motivation and assistance when necessary.  Inspecting and assessing (quality check) the work done by the electrical staff.  Reading and interpreting design schematics to ensure the proper installation of electrical systems.  Modification and retrofit of electrical equipment of industrial control panels.  Bug-fixing and correction of the wiring diagram books (red lining).  Ensuring the work is completed on schedule and to code.  Maintaining a safe and clean work area.  Consulting with electrical engineers, builders and other workers on-site.  Reporting to site manager and to electrical project manager Electrical Supervisor Requirements:  Technician/master in Electrical Engineering or multi-annual well-versed electrician.  Proven work experience as an Electrical Supervisor.  Strong leadership, managerial and social skills.  Knowledge of machine building and industrial electrical systems.  Excellent communication skills.  Well English in spoken and written.  Familiarity with state electrical and safety codes.  Basic computer skills (MS-office – Excel, Word, Outlook, …).  Readiness for staying abroad for several month in foreign countries
