Responsibilities：
Champion manufacturing team in achieving production schedule goals and exceeding customer expectations.
Establish and maintain an environment conducive to continuous improvement manufacturing; recommends alternatives for improving production methods, equipment, operating procedures, and working conditions.
Execute the Production Plan on time by coordinating properly the necessary resources to resolve manufacturing problems in a promptly way and improve processes that lead to meet external and internal customer demands.
Drive activities to reduce past due, scrap, rework and overtime cost while meeting safety and quality objectives.
Develop and maintain robust, cost efficient manufacturing processes and product structures consistent with lean manufacturing practices. Understands shop capacity planning related to equipment, processes, and manning. Must be mindful of process and test capabilities and recognize organizational core competencies.
Participate in new product development projects using ProLaunch as a tool to articulate deliverables and a vehicle to commit to schedules. Act as manufacturing liaison for products from inception through shipment to customer. Interact with Design Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain teams to ensure design for manufacturability of new products. Participates in design review process
Determine Root Cause and Corrective Actions to resolve issues involving discrepant product or material.
Coordinate job training and cross-training for manufacturing personnel and provides development opportunities for employees including helping to define, develop, and deliver training activities.
Qualifications：
College Degree or equivalent
5 years above experiences especially have strong experience on production management
Relevant manufacturing/engineering degree is preferred.
Kaizen, lean manufacturing awareness is preferred
Excellent leadership and ***- management skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
Competent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision making
