主要職責 Main responsibilities：
1． 負責項目部日常業務及團隊管理，業務合理規劃、流程優化
、機加技術標準建立等。Daily busniess and team management of process developing dept; organize job reasonably, optimize procedure,make the technical standard, etc
2． 負責本部門技術人員團隊建設，人員梯隊培養
，員工培訓，部門績效管理。Responsible for the department technical personnel team construction, personnel echelon cultivating, staff training and department performance management.
3． 根據客戶或商務要求，包括但不限於：圖紙要求、機加技術難點要求、發貨、包裝、成本、新技術和新設備要求等進行合理安排，及時有效滿足客戶需求。Organize jobs reasonably to meet customers’ requirement effectively according to customer or commercial dept requirement: include but not limit to: drawing requirement, technical requirement, delivery, package, cost requirement, promote use new technology and new equipment.etc,
4． 負責對機械加工項目的技術文件進行指導，如APQP和PPAP等。Technical guidance of documents, like APQP, PPAP, etc
5． 負責項目的資源（如刀具、夾具

、毛壞等），選擇
、確定
、溝通
、銜接工作。Responsible for resources in own department(like tool, fixture, raw parts, etc):choose, confirm, communicate, support, etc
任職資格 Job qualifications:
相關專業大專及以上學曆；
英語讀寫能力強
；
較強的溝通能力
，業務推進能力和學習能力
；
3年以上機械精密加工或同行業工作經驗、懂CNC 編程，能熟練使用辦公軟件和2D
