工作內容：
- Assist GM to develop external client relationship and ensure their understanding on value propositions of AIG JS multinational and specialty products, services. 協助總經理發展外部客戶關係，確保他們了解AIG JS跨國公司和專業產品、服務的價值主張。
- Assist GM to connect with Jiangsu Provincial Government Finance Department, Chamber of Commerce, Trade Promotion Association and other government departments to promote AIG’s MNA business development strategy. 協助總經理與江蘇省政府財政廳、商會、貿易促進會等政府部門溝通，推動AIG的MNA（並購與重組）業務發展戰略。
- To independently handle major cases and make presentation to clients and distribution partners and become an ambassador of AIG multinational business in Jiangsu. 獨立處理重大案件，向客戶和分銷合作夥伴進行演示，並成為AIG跨國業務在江蘇的大使。
- Assist GM to develop partnership strategy and action plans to achieve the production budget and engagement targets. 協助總經理製定合作夥伴戰略和行動計
，以實現生產預算和參與目標。
- Responsible for JS online marketing activities. 負責江蘇分行公司在線營銷活動。


任職要求：
- Minimum of 1-2 years or above of experience in business development. 至少1-2年或以上業務開發經驗。
- Bachelor’s Degree or above. 本科及以上學曆
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with all levels of management, and build strong relationships both internally and externally. 優秀的溝通技巧
